Big name for a tiny piskie. Baxter is a mischievous childling, but he doesn't mean to be…sparkly things just interest him, things that fit in his palm just interests him, things left on the table….you got it, or rather, he does now. Bright blue eyes topped with sandy blonde hair tipped with silver, and always unkempt Baxter tends to vanish for days at a time, only to reappear just at the point where those of his hold grow concerned.
